This page outlines our compliance with GDPR, your rights under the regulation, and the process for requesting access to, or removal of, your personal data.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with Article 6 of GDPR, ensuring that data processing is lawful, fair, and transparent. The legal bases under which we process data include obtaining explicit user consent, fulfilling contractual obligations, complying with legal requirements, or serving legitimate business interests without overriding users’ rights.

Under GDPR, you have several rights concerning your personal data, including the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data, request the deletion of your personal data under specific conditions, limit the processing of your data, request your data in a structured, commonly used format, and object to the processing of your data for certain purposes.

We collect user registration data, location data (where enabled by an operation administrator), and user-submitted data. By default, data retention is set for three years; however, retention periods may vary based on the account administrator’s policies. Users should check with their administrator for specific details regarding data retention.

To exercise any of your GDPR rights, please contact us via email at support@commandpost.app. Your request will be escalated as needed through your administrator. You may also complete the contact form below to submit your request. We will respond to your request within one month, in accordance with Article 12 of GDPR. In some cases, we may request identity verification to ensure that we are addressing the request from the rightful data subject.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in our privacy policy or as required by law. We employ industry-standard security measures to safeguard personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, in compliance with Article 32 of GDPR.
